                1997         5 months in Togo to study the African congas
                            " bougarabou" in the context of the Voodoo cult
                            (Afro roots in Cuban music).
                1998         5 months in Benin to study Voodoo music.
                2001         Voyage to Bamako, Mali to study traditional music
                            of northwest Africa in the ceremonial context of the
                            Mandingo people.
                2002        Plays in the group "Combo Phœbus."
                                 Workshop "djembéfola" with Adama Dramé.
                2008        Recordings with groups in Uzès. 
                                
                 At present, he is studying Cuban and Afro-Cuban music.
